Belly Dance/Zumba Total Fitness Class

Get a full body workout while moving to the beat of international music. Belly dancing is a timeless style of dance which combines elegance and passion. While belly dancing, abdominal muscles are constantly engaged, initiating all the body’s movement. Isolation of the chest, tummy and hip muscles while dancing creates fluidity and a vigorous toning and cardio workout. This class will blend dancing, cardio, strength training and toning.  Belly Dance/Zumba Total Fitness is open to people of any age or fitness level.
